In the Support Now Services team at Klarna, exceptional service is our top priority! We offer fast service for our internal customers to all their administrative and ad hoc tasks. We create smoooth solutions to make their days more efficient.

Support Now Services coordinators tasks include:

  • Jumping in to help when needed and where needed
  • Organising ‘fikas’, lunches, breakfast, catering
  • Organising team events and off sites
  • Organising gifts
  • Travel arrangements
  • Meeting room requests
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks and support
  • Working together with your global team
  • Working with internal customers in a fast-paced environment

  • In order to succeed in this position you like to take on the initiative and you are more than happy to turn challenges into success. You are at your best when given responsibility and freedom. You love to create order out of chaos and it will be your solution-oriented mindset that sets you apart from other candidates.

    This role is on an hourly contract, so it’s a perfect fit for example for a student who is finishing their studies and is flexible with their hours
