We’re looking for a Country Operations Lead in Germany - someone structured, curious, and tech-minded. You won’t be buried in admin - your job is to make sure things run right: clear processes, clean documentation, zero leaks. You’ll coordinate people, tools, and vendors so everything stays under control.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee, not overload - make sure key tasks (registrations, fleet, suppliers, docs) are done right and on time
- Keep an eye on spending and assets, flag what doesn’t add up
- Maintain access structures for tools, banking, and documents
- Build smarter workflows using tools like Notion, Linear, Drive, and AI tools
- Work closely with our tech team on ERP and internal tool development - helping design and test features that make local operations smoother (e.g. car fleet tracking, asset management, digital approvals)
- Spot messy areas and turn them into repeatable, scalable systems
What You Bring
- Experience in operations or coordination, ideally in a growing company
- Strong sense of structure, ownership, and follow-through
- Confidence using digital and project management tools
- Curiosity for AI and automation to make work easier
- Fluent in English and German
- Natural ability to delegate, document, and keep order
