What You’ll Do

  • Explore and open new markets across NRW, identifying companies that need flexible staffing solutions

  • Engage directly with clients to understand their operations and craft the right business offer

  • Collaborate closely with our delivery and operations teams to ensure we deliver what we promise

  • Act as a growth partner to clients — helping them plan for seasonal peaks and long-term workforce needs

  • Share market feedback to shape ARMZ’s commercial strategy and product offering

  • Report directly to the Director, with autonomy and space to make things happen

What You Bring

  • Experience or strong motivation for B2B development or consultative sales (staffing, logistics, HR solutions, or related fields)

  • Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in German (spoken and written)

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within NRW
