What You’ll Do
Explore and open new markets across NRW, identifying companies that need flexible staffing solutions
Engage directly with clients to understand their operations and craft the right business offer
Collaborate closely with our delivery and operations teams to ensure we deliver what we promise
Act as a growth partner to clients — helping them plan for seasonal peaks and long-term workforce needs
Share market feedback to shape ARMZ’s commercial strategy and product offering
Report directly to the Director, with autonomy and space to make things happen
What You Bring
Experience or strong motivation for B2B development or consultative sales (staffing, logistics, HR solutions, or related fields)
Entrepreneurial mindset – proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and fluency in German (spoken and written)
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within NRW
