Quality Assurance Specialist with Italian

About the role

The role of the QA Specialists is to facilitate the QA Process  for the Onboarding agents. The QA team also ensures that Sum Up follows the highest compliance standards and all applicable AML regulations.

What you'll do

• Conduct QA review on Onboarding team members;
• Identify patterns and suggest best practices to improve the overall team performance;
• Identify processes which could be improved and optimized;
• Conduct refresher training when needed;
• Deliver regular constructive and solution focused feedback to the Onboarding agents
• Communicate appreciative and inclusive at all levels.

You'll be great for this position if

• You have experience in the QA field;
• You have experience in KYC / Customer Due Diligence, is a plus;
• You are fluent in Italian and English;
• You are an analytical thinker and pay meticulous attention to detail;
• You embrace change and are self-starter
• You possess strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise your own tasks.
• You communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
