We are currently looking for Product Managers to play a key role in our mission to be the rebels of banking.

What you will do

Product Managers are at the heart of this obsession, always solving challenges that customers are facing or delighting them with products they didn’t know they needed. One of the main reasons that Klarna is able to bring innovative payment and banking solutions to its customers is because of the collaborate work that Product Managers lead with Engineering, Product Design, Analytics, Business Development and Support teams.

At Klarna, Fraud Prevention is critical - we strive to protect our consumers and merchants against all types of fraud. To do so, we have a variety of teams within Business Analytics, Data Science, and Product & Engineering which deliver policies/products/and data science models which help us to prevent fraud both in online transaction flows, as well as offline post-purchase flows.  You will lead a collection of Business Analytics, Data Science, and Product & Engineering teams in setting the vision and scope for Fraud Prevention globally at Klarna, covering all aspects of Fraud (e.g. 1st party vs. 3rd party fraud).  The group will be responsible for owning and maintaining the existing tooling and infrastructure supporting Fraud prevention, while also developing new and innovative toolsets to improve our effectiveness at fighting fraud.

  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth
  • Build product strategy, including definition of scope, roadmap, and KPIs
  • Work with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, data scientists and business analysts
  • Own and articulate end-to-end product requirements across technology and analytical teams

You should have

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience
  • Previous experience in the field of Fraud prevention is preferred but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A background in leading multiple cross functional teams to deliver value to end consumers
  • Knowledgeable in agile and lean development methodologies
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
