Partnerships & Promotions Manager heycar Spain (m/f/d)

Our local headquarter in Barcelona includes Marketing, Sales, Customer & Dealer Success, People & Culture, Finance, and Business, while Product and Engineering are provided by teams located across Europe. In that context, we are hiring a Partnerships & Promotions Manager.

What your responsibilities include: 

  • Communication and negotiation of campaigns with many stakeholders in the Spanish market such as the automotive companies, finance companies (Captive), car dealers, or any other potential partner in the market.
  • Prospecting of the market in order to find the best partnerships. 
  • The definition of the yearly campaigns plan together with the stakeholders in the market to be implemented in the 2 segments of heycar: classified and ecommerce. These campaigns include special deals such as special discounts on buying a car, special discounts on financial offers, promotions on car insurance, and so on. 
  • Communication with the product and the marketing team in order to define and develop the campaigns.  
  • The ownership of the main KPIs and the revenue stream generated thanks to the agreements with the stakeholders and the impact of the campaigns on the conversion rate of the website. 
  • Utilize business intelligence tools to get actionable insights, report to stakeholders on campaigns performance, proactively test new campaigns to scale the conversion rate of the website and improve the revenue stream of the channel.
  • Direct report to the Marketing Director.

What you bring to the role: 

  • You have 3+ years of demonstrable professional experience in building partnerships with medium and large-size companies. Experience in the automotive sector is highly desired. 
  • You understand the website customer funnel and you have worked in a digital company before at least for 2 years.  
  • You have strong Excel, numerical analytics skills, you are used to working with Data/BI area. 
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English.

  • You are good at communicating and a team player. 
  • You have outstanding organizational skills and dedication to quality and integrity.
