As a People Experience Coordinator you will play a key role in bringing focus and order to the chaos that is standard in a startup environment. You will be responsible for anticipating, prioritising, and organising domain-specific events, such as domain onboarding and domain all-hands. You will be helping out with administrative tasks within the Domain and coordinating different domain initiatives.

You will become an expert on our Operating Model including how we organise the company and our ways of working. You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems, and help us build and deliver amazing products and solutions.

Day to day will see you:

  • Be responsible for building a culture within the domain - organise all-hands, kick-offs, domain onboarding and other domain-specific events following best practice outlined by Org & Lead
  • Encouraging cross-team communication and collaboration in the domain by ensuring that all teams are posting Klub newsletters and create forums for demos and knowledge sharing across teams
  • Supporting in organisational changes in the domain - be involved in all domain org changes together with the Domain Lead to ensure they are following the Operating Model including any necessary changes that follow an org change:
  • Seating changes
  • Scope alignment
  • Transfer of any risks/suppliers between teams 
  • Being an expert on the Operating Model, you will follow up compliance and ensure that teams are following the team basics such as Klarna team practices and team size compliance 
  • Identifying when org setup and processes are not working according to the Operating Model. Ensure that Klub/QlikSense shows the correct picture of team setup. Also ensure that the workplace is set up to accommodate the team practices i.e. do all teams have whiteboards, chrome boxes if teams are remote etc
  • Coordinating and support with actions from the Employee Engagement Survey
  • Supporting the Domain Lead and other stakeholders in the domain with various operational and administrative tasks 
  • Taking on ad-hoc assignments and projects supporting the domain

Who you are:

  • You are a great communicator who thinks, acts and communicates clearly and confidently with your stakeholders
  • You have the ambition to learn and develop within org development and have an interest in our operating model and ways of working 
  • You are a problem solver who learns quickly, take own initiatives and want to impact the way we work to enable speed, quality and innovation 

You should have:

  • A degree from a university. We don’t require any specific subject but Business, Science or Technology is a plus
  • Applicable work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
