Klarna was founded in Stockholm, Sweden in 2005. Since then we've changed the banking industry forever. And now we're creating the world's smoothest shopping experience. We serve over 90 million consumers worldwide, and partner with 250,000 merchants – with a new merchant joining us every 8 minutes. Our offices are spread over 17 different markets, hosted by 5000+ employees from 100+ nationalities.
As a People Experience Coordinator you will play a key role in bringing focus and order to the chaos that is standard in a startup environment. You will be responsible for anticipating, prioritising, and organising domain-specific events, such as domain onboarding and domain all-hands. You will be helping out with administrative tasks within the Domain and coordinating different domain initiatives.
We want you to thrive and make a difference for the Domain. We want you to understand our rapidly changing organisation, then add value to the Domain by bringing your voice to the table and giving insights where others may have missed something. You will become an expert on our Operating Model including how we organise the company and our ways of working. You’ll anticipate needs, solve problems, and help us build and deliver amazing products and solutions.
