  • Foster an environment of diversity and trust, where Front-End designers can accomplish their best work
  • Successfully implement comms changes into your templating tool(s) from various design sketches, with impeccable fit and finish
  • Identify quality gaps in your templates and propose tangible solution ideas with a strong problem solving mindset and craft excellence
  • You will test and deploy changes in your comms, creating your own branches and merging them to master
  • You will lead data driven experiments that will tailor and elevate Klarna’s customers experience
  • Contributing to development of design culture at Klarna along with other design leaders

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of relevant design and coding experience in digital products

  • Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
  • You understand the UX principles and best practices
  • You are comfortable working with React and Javascript and have a good understanding of the possibilities of front-end development
  • You are data driven and not afraid to take deep dives into technical aspects of a product
  • Have experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams in iterative product development cycles
  • Have a good understanding and showcase of product thinking, storytelling and design craft
  • You can identify when to optimize for speed and when to seek for quality and hone into the details
  • Excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and autonomous
  • Experience working in Figma, Miro, Splunk or Datadog is a plus
  • You have a portfolio with your programming work (on public or private platforms) and/or a portfolio with some of your best designs
