A new member for our Talent Acquisition Team at Project A. "To build a top-notch product, you need a great team". With our own department of specialists in the area of Talent Acquisition we are determined to support our portfolio companies to find the best possible team members to build, grow and sell their products or services.
What will keep you challenged?
- Being part and taking a lead in an exciting project to boost our Tiktok visibility
- Generating content, strategy and a plan in posting videos
- Actively being engaged with the team and the company by providing directions in terms of video shooting
- Getting to know a lot about the new social media directions
- Being an expert in increasing visibility / followers etc. in social media platforms to contribute to a nice employer branding
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Currently enrolled or just graduated from studies in any field of study (preferably communications, video production etc.)
- An affinity towards social media and are eager to expand your technical knowledge
- Curiosity and interest in tiktok and other social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, orally as well as in writing and you like to proactively engage with people
- Being an outgoing person who is not afraid to get in touch with colleagues and engage with them
- Eager to discover new trends, try out new things, coming up with creative ideas
- Ambitious and persistently work for your goals
- Fluency in English
- Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
