Your Mission

Lead our customer success and liquidity management teams in successfully engaging our users. Being responsible for translating our commercial strategy into successful client activity. Shape the way we communicate with our clients together with our senior leadership.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

You are part of the management team, report to the Commercial Director and manage a team of ca. 10 FTEs. 
  • Increase trading revenue by pushing user activity with your team
  • User engagement, activation and relationship management 
    • Own our user engagement, activation and relationship management strategy
    • Build deep understanding of our user behavior and related needs
    • Track and analyse user activity and derive actions to increase product usage
    • Ensure smooth onboardings and maximise user adoption 
    • Supervise customer lifecycle activities and implement improvements
    • Design processes in engagement function 
    • Report team KPIs in review meetings 
    • Derive and manage NPS surveys and derive actions to increase user satisfaction
    • Ensure premium support for all enmacc users 
  • Team management 
    • Responsible for ca. 10 FTEs divided in 2 sub-teams (customer success and liquidity management)
    • Continuously grow your team 
    • Design and execute departmental OKRs
    • Training and development of the members of the Customer Success and Liquidity Management teams 
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Tightly collaborate with sales for onboarding/handovers
    • Align with product and marketing to maximise success of new product launches

Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • 4+ years experience leading customer success/engagement teams, ideally in startup/tech environment
  • 8+ years work experience 
  • Strong experience managing user relationships
  • Empathetic personality - you are a natural relationship builder
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Robust technical skills (Excel, CRM, data analysis)
  • Very independent working style without need for tight supervision 
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree
