Deine Aufgaben

  • Together with your team you will be responsible for all our digital channels and the demand generation throughout our digital channels
  • Drive digital channel performance and “Digital Reach” by defining measurable KPIs and tracking the progress/success of the digital marketing activities and secure a continuous development
  • Management and strategic development of our website
  • Design and implementation of new features and functions on the website together with our web agency
  • Recording and prioritization of requirements from our local entities and other departments
  • Recommend best practices, digital trends and technological innovation
  • Develop and drive the digitalization of our marketing team

Dein Profil

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar role
  • Very good understanding in content management system and website projects
  • Strong digital expertise and experience in digital customer journey design
  • Knowledge in Marketing Automation Systems, Analytics tools and Content management systems required
  • You are a data driven personality with passion for technology 
  • You enjoy hands-on work with state of art Digital Marketing Tools 
  • You are a creative thinker with an appreciation for continuous improvement
  • You are analytical with great problem solving skills and the ability to integrate best practices
  • You are experienced in working with multinational teams
  • You are a team player and inspire and motivate others
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus
