Deine Aufgaben
- Together with your team you will be responsible for all our digital channels and the demand generation throughout our digital channels
- Drive digital channel performance and “Digital Reach” by defining measurable KPIs and tracking the progress/success of the digital marketing activities and secure a continuous development
- Management and strategic development of our website
- Design and implementation of new features and functions on the website together with our web agency
- Recording and prioritization of requirements from our local entities and other departments
- Recommend best practices, digital trends and technological innovation
- Develop and drive the digitalization of our marketing team
Dein Profil
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar role
- Very good understanding in content management system and website projects
- Strong digital expertise and experience in digital customer journey design
- Knowledge in Marketing Automation Systems, Analytics tools and Content management systems required
- You are a data driven personality with passion for technology
- You enjoy hands-on work with state of art Digital Marketing Tools
- You are a creative thinker with an appreciation for continuous improvement
- You are analytical with great problem solving skills and the ability to integrate best practices
- You are experienced in working with multinational teams
- You are a team player and inspire and motivate others
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English, German is a plus
