Keep Job descriptions up to date
Manage Recruiting Lifecycle
Post and source candidates in the best-suited channels
Screen CV‘s according to the job description
Lead talent interviews
Manage the following interview rounds
Provide feedback to rejected and accepted candidates
Keep our ATS Personio up to date
Monitor and apply Talent recruiting best practices
Co-Creating Recruiting KPIs together with Head of Talent
Support our Working Student for Employer Branding
Your Profile / What You'll Need
Degree in Psychology, HR, Management or related disciplines
2 years of experience in recruiting for a start-up or other dynamic, fast paced environment, preferably in tech roles.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Fluent in English
Empathic and customer-oriented attitude
Self-organised, result-oriented & analytical mindset
Strong decision making skills
