Your Mission

Be responsible for the entire recruitment process & strategy. From attracting new talent to successfully getting the contract signed.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

Job Description Management

  • Create job descriptions for new roles with the Hiring Manager

  • Keep Job descriptions up to date

Manage Recruiting Lifecycle

  • Post and source candidates in the best-suited channels

  • Screen CV‘s according to the job description

  • Lead talent interviews

  • Manage the following interview rounds

  • Provide feedback to rejected and accepted candidates

  • Keep our ATS Personio up to date

  • Monitor and apply Talent recruiting best practices

Other tasks

  • Co-Creating Recruiting KPIs together with Head of Talent

  •  Support our Working Student for Employer Branding



Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • Degree in Psychology, HR, Management or related disciplines

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting for a start-up or other dynamic, fast paced environment, preferably in tech roles.

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Fluent in English

  • Empathic and customer-oriented attitude

  • Self-organised, result-oriented & analytical mindset

  • Strong decision making skills
