Your Mission

You will be part of our talent team, and you will have ownership of all the talent operations-related tasks. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, ensure the compliance of the internal talent processes and handle administrative duties.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Administrative and Payroll Tasks
    • Monitor and manage all payroll processes in close collaboration with our finance department. 
    • Organize and monitor personnel data and information in Personio to make sure it is up to date
    • Work closely with all teams with scheduling interviews internally and externally.
    • Assist Talent Champion and Managers with planning and organising events
  • Processes and Policies Tasks
    • Streamline existing processes to create efficiencies and actively develop ways to improve operational support
    • Monitor local laws and regulations together with Talent Champion to ensure our Employee Handbook and Talent policies are always up to date



Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • Diploma or certificate in HR Operations, 
  • 1-3 years of experience of HR or People Operations experience
  • High level of integrity; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Customer service orientated and heavy emphasis in creating the best possible employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Native German and Fluent English efficiency
  • Experience with creating and running a welcoming new hire onboarding experience
  • Strong organisational, project management and creative problem-solving skills
