You will:
- Scale our Tech & Product org 🚀
- Ownership of end-to-end hiring and recruitment process
- Build innovative, multi-channel recruiting strategies
- Partner with Tech leadership to make sure we attract the best talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop compelling content
- Prioritize DEI - implement strategies to continually remove bias
- Create an empathetic, human-centric candidate experience
- Identify talent needs, deliver insights + analysis of the Tech market
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field OR equivalent experience
- Full life-cycle recruitment experience with Tech profiles
- High agency with a problem-solving orientation
- Get excited by data, continually seeking to analyse and optimise the hiring funnel
- You excel at search & know how to attract candidates that change our reality
- You excel at building and nurturing long-term relationships
