In a Nutshell

Spryker is soaring at high speed towards global expansion! We are growing our world-class BI & Analytics function. As a Business Intelligence Analyst - you will join the BI & Analytics Team and be responsible for the design, development, and roll-out of data solutions to drive insights across the organization.

Your challenges

  • Translate business needs into data requirements
  • Design, develop, and deploy BI data solutions across all our divisions:
    • Develop data models and pipelines
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
  • Communicate your insights in the organization
  • Collaborate and drive data culture with BI & Analytics stakeholders

Your profile

  • Minimum 3+ years of data analytics experience with proven experience/knowledge in:
    • Data Warehousing and ETL specifications
    • BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Qlik Sense (we use Tableau)
    • Design principles of business reports
  • Very strong SQL skills and ability to optimize queries for performance and scalability
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and creative mindset
  • A proactive team player committed and with constant willingness to improve
  • Adaptable and able to pick up on new data tools and concepts quickly
  • Good communication skills
  • Excited about working in an international and fast-growing business environment
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • University degree
