We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our portfolio companies. You will join a Berlin-based software robotics company, which brings artificial intelligence to industrial robots. They work on combining neural learning and planning/reasoning in a seamless process to solve hard real-world problems in robotics and automation.
What will keep you challenged?

Owning the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions of all seniority levels for the Berlin and US offices
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and to guide them throughout the entire process
- Identifying bottlenecks in the recruiting process and propose solutions
- Building relevant sourcing strategies tailored to the market and hiring needs
- Ensuring a great candidate experience for every candidate.
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Proven track record of hiring tech or non-tech profiles
- Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills
- Curious mind and proactive approach towards learning
- Proven track records of being a self-starter who enjoys working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1), German (B2) is a plus
- Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
