About us

Enabling Better Organizations.

Personio is a fast growing HR SaaS start-up based in Munich. It offers a holistic HR and applicant management software designed for companies with 10 to 1000 employees. Personio plays a critical role in making the day-to-day operations of more than 700 HR teams more efficient and transparent. We are a bunch of fun, international people striving to build the leading one-stop HR platform in Europe.

The Role

Join our international QA Engineering team (as a part of Tech Platform Tribe) and take an active role in shaping our engineering culture and the future of thousands of HR teams and organizations across Europe. At Personio you will have a direct impact on our product, our users, our organization, and our engineering practices.

The mission of the Technology Platform tribe is to ensure Personio is built and operated with excellence. We are responsible for ensuring our application adheres to the highest technical standards, and ensuring our engineers have the tools and infrastructure to achieve this.

The QA team mission is to drive down the occurrences of defects in Production. Although this mission is shared by all Product and Engineering teams, we specifically contribute by owning the tools, processes and practices which development teams use to test their code. We drive quality automation as an essential part of Continuous Delivery. Quality is built into the development process and the QA team supports this culture by designing and developing mechanisms which detect issues with our software quickly. We relentlessly pursue continuous improvement in Quality by analyzing the causes of bugs and customer support tickets, finding the root cause, and improving systems to fix issues quickly and eliminate those root causes.
