Engineering is rapidly growing and we are looking for new talent to join our Productivity Tooling team!

What you'll get to do:

  • Provide support to remote users to help them operate within our toolset in the most efficient way.
  • Design and implement efficient, scalable, and secure solutions in our SaaS applications.
  • Identify productivity opportunities across the business and propose third-party or custom tooling solutions that address the need of the users.
  • Automate manual processes whenever possible in a scalable and reliable manner.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles and self-service documentation.
  • Work closely with a variety of teams at Klarna across multiple time zones efficiently and effectively.

To succeed in this role you should have:

  • Experience with general API development with a passion for automation.
  • Experience with software asset management with an emphasis on automating the deployment and revocation of software licenses, managing the procurement of a new SaaS application, and monitoring license utilization. 
  • Experience with integrating and federating SaaS applications. 
  • The ability to scope and implement solutions that balance efficiency against security.
