YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/x) who will drive the further development of our Paid Social & Search Marketing approach.

Holistic Campaign Management: Set up, manage, track and improve campaigns and the related budgets across our Paid Search & Social Channels with a strong focus on ROI

KPI Focus: Optimize ad campaigns across all channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram Google Ads) based on analyzing and monitoring KPIs such as ROAS, CPC, CTR and CPA as well as A/B tests

Stakeholder Management: Enhance our Performance Marketing Strategy by efficient briefings and a strong liaison with our international Marketing Teams as well as the Brand & Creative Team

Stay on top of industry trends: Evaluate the latest performance marketing advancements as well as relevant channels and tools that match the approach of our unique branding
WHAT HELPS YOU TO SUCCEED

You consider yourself a Performance Marketing Specialist with several years of experience in this field

You have a good understanding of all related tools, especially Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

First experience with an attribution or BI software (e.g. Looker) is a plus
-
You have an analytical mindset and a deep understanding of KPIs depending on the campaign objective

You are solution-oriented, have an independent way of working and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced international environment

You are business fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
