We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our portfolio companies, a B2C e-commerce company located in Hamburg. They meet customer expectations by providing a full-cycle customer journey selling complete high-quality, house-related projects bringing nature into homes.
What will keep you challenged?
- Controlling the operational ad management for our portfolio company's international paid social and marketplace campaigns
- Bringing consistently innovations for ad formats and bidding strategies, by being aware of the market and the new developments
- Analyzing continuously your campaign performance and creating your own performance reports in Power BI in the existing analytics framework and in close cooperation with Business Intelligence
- Implementing and allocating budget, by trusting data and can recognize and use the potential behind it
- Working closely with your marketing teammates to effectively play promotions on our marketplaces and social media channels
Which traits contribute to your success?
- University degree in Economics, Business Informatics or e-Commerce
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing for bidly managed ads, ideally in the DIY or hardware store environment
- Proven track record of creation processes and tracking conventions
- Experience in the Facebook Business Manager or the amazon Ads Manager & successfully managed campaigns in one of the channels
- A hands-on & accurate mentality, with an ability to remain reliable even when things get stressful
- A goal and success-oriented mindset, team spirit & a confident project manager
- Strong communication skills, in German and English
- Please note that we are looking for support in the Hamburg office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well
