In a Nutshell

In 2021, Spryker will be expanding to all parts of the world, we want to join forces with a Partner Marketing Manager, with a key focus on our EMEA partnerships! Our herd is looking for an entrepreneurial-driven Marketing professional to maintain a seamless relationship with clients and elevate Spryker’s partnerships to the next level. The Partner Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with our Partner Marketing team to achieve common goals and drive our global success.

Your challenges

  • Are you looking to disrupt the commerce environment with first-class marketing and business development programs? Let's run with our partners (located in the territory of EMEA) marketing that stands out of the crowd
  • You take care of activities along the whole partner onboarding journey, from partner acquisition to enablement and community building (e.g. boot camps, update calls, partner portal content generation, newsletter)
  • Are you tired of boring marketing campaigns? Become an advisory for partners on the development of a suitable marketing mix (in particular events and lead campaigns) on the basis of data-supported best practices and empirical values
  • Run partner events and campaigns for EMEA Region independently e.g. to connect our Solution Partners
  • It’s all about teamwork. You will be working closing with the responsible partner managers and partners while steering our strategic partners towards achieving their marketing plans and supporting them in optimizing their marketing performance based on reports
  • In this position, you will have a multifunctional role not only communicating with the partners and the responsible partners' managers at Spryker but also our general marketing team and sales to get support and loads of guidance in order to generate and develop leads, achieve common business goals and ensure smooth processes across all campaign phases

Your profile

  • You are a creative mind who is full of ideas beyond the standard with first-class English skills
  • You have at least have a minimum of 3 years experience (Partner Marketing Manager) and a minimum of 6 years (Lead Partner Marketing Manager) of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the e-commerce environment
  • Ideally, you have worked with/in a marketing agency or in partner marketing of a product provider in the e-commerce or tech environment and have experience in managing and advising customers and/or partners
  • In your previous positions, you have gained experience in creating and implementing marketing plans
  • Your conceptual skills and implementation of lead campaigns are top-notch and your campaigns are always standing out with excellence
  • You are a networker through and through and have excellent communication skills
  • You have negotiating skills and a talent for sales and know-how to bring these profitably into the partner relationship
  • Salesforce, as well as Hubspot and WordPress, are not foreign words to you and you have solid experience with these or similar systems
  • You work results-oriented, independently, and most importantly always in a team
