YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for you as our new Intern Customer Relationship Management Italy (m/f/x). Your primary goal is to provide our customers with a unique customer experience and thus help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Customer communication: You take responsibility and support us in all customer service related activities for the Italian market

Multiple Channels: You ensure customer satisfaction by providing customer service by phone, email and through our social media channels

Impact: You help propose and execute ways to further develop the customer experience and applicable communication improvements

Analysis: You support practices to analyze customer interactions and data in order to improve customer relations and to drive sales growth
WHAT HELPS YOU TO SUCCEED

You are preferably an enrolled student in a Bachelor or Master’s program and can support for 6 months

Nice to have: First practical experiences in the field of CRM or Social Media Marketing

You are an excellent communicator with great people skills

You know how to identify the customers’ needs in a split of a second and you are capable of switching the tone of voice based upon the type of person you’re in contact with

You have a positive hands-on attitude and are eager to learn new things every day

You speak Italian on a business fluent level and you are fluent in English
