You will be part of a fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams (65 employees, 12 teams) in our beautiful office next to a nice park in Wiesbaden, Germany.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for you as our new Intern Customer Relationship Management Italy (m/f/x). Your primary goal is to provide our customers with a unique customer experience and thus help ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 

  • Customer communication: You take responsibility and support us in all customer service related activities for the Italian market 
  • Multiple Channels: You ensure customer satisfaction by providing customer service by phone, email and through our social media channels 
  • Impact: You help propose and execute ways to further develop the customer experience and applicable communication improvements
  • Analysis: You support practices to analyze customer interactions and data in order to improve customer relations and to drive sales growth

WHAT HELPS YOU TO SUCCEED

  • You are preferably an enrolled student in a Bachelor or Master’s program and can support for 6 months 
  • Nice to have: First practical experiences in the field of CRM or Social Media Marketing
  • You are an excellent communicator with great people skills
  • You know how to identify the customers’ needs in a split of a second and you are capable of switching the tone of voice based upon the type of person you’re in contact with
  • You have a positive hands-on attitude and are eager to learn new things every day
  • You speak Italian on a business fluent level and you are fluent in English
