We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our portfolio companies which connects customers with carriers through their software - digitalizing logistics. They are driving for Europe’s largest e-commerce companies, mostly highly demanding clients.
What will keep you challenged?
- Supporting and developing line managers in driving a high-performance culture through coaching and facilitating talent assessments
- Supporting the implementation of key HR programs such as career paths, performance reviews and promotions
- Driving organizational change and transformation: giving guidance on business unit restructures and workforce and succession planning
- Creating reports and analyzing trends to support your stakeholders and management
Which traits contribute to your success?
- Previous experience as a people business partner in a startup environment
- Basic knowledge in German labour market practices
- Strong presentation skills, you will have to hold trainings
- Empathy, you are a good listener and know how to adapt your communication to different audience
- Analytical skills, you are making decisions based on data
- Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
