Deine Aufgaben

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our field initiatives in Germany with a focus on channel marketing. In this role, the Field Marketing Manager will develop and implement the marketing strategy, plan and budget for the territory, deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture and convert our target audiences driving high quality leads and opportunities.
Regional marketing and strategy planning
  • Understand your market. By working with the sales leadership, understand the key challenges, goals and objectives. Create a yearly regional marketing strategy and plan which is reviewed on a quarterly basis.
  • Over-communicate and gain alignment on marketing plans while ensuring proper lead follow up to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with sales leaders and regional teams, obtaining qualitative feedback on campaign performance, suggesting ideas and opportunities to improve programs or tactics.
Demand Generation
  • Work with NFON HQ team to select the best measures to drive demand generation thru regional events and campaigns.
  • Develop and local vendor relationships & drive common marketing activities and generate new leads.
Channel Marketing (Activation & Demand Generation)
  • Own the distribution and reconciliation of local marketing budgets.
  • Work with the channel team to activate
  • Working with NFON German partners to create end user demand and awareness.
  • Establish marketing plans for and with distributors and top partners, working with the channel sales organization.
  • Ensure comprehensive and effective use of distributor, regional and marketing development funds to deliver marketing objectives
  • Manage and track partner marketing funds .Ownership of all partner communication

Dein Profil

  • 3+ years of marketing experience preferably in high tech B2B working together with sales teams.
  • Proven marketing experience, delivering meaningful results through others, driving focus on achieving collective results through collaboration, teamwork, communication, problem solving and objective setting.
  • Experience working in B2B/tech marketing.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools and HubSpot or other marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated success in campaign and project management and teaming cross-functionally.
  • German native language skills

  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with unending enthusiasm to get the job done
  • Excellent relationship management and expectation setting skills.
