Your Mission

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the field initiatives in Germany with a focus on channel marketing.
In this role, the Field Marketing Manager will develop and implement the marketing tactics, plan, and budget for the territory, deploying the right mix of marketing programs to reach, educate, nurture and drive demand through NFON’s channel partners and distributors.
Regional Marketing Planning

  • Understand your market. By working with the partner managers, understand the key challenges, goals, and objectives. Create a by-yearly regional marketing plan which is reviewed on a quarterly basis.
  • Over-communicate and gain alignment on marketing plans while ensuring proper implementation of the activities.
  • Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with sales teams, obtaining qualitative feedback on performance, suggesting ideas and opportunities to improve programs or tactics.
Channel Marketing
  • Build and execute joint marketing plans with partners and distributors to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Build great relationships both on an executive, as well as on an individual level with internal teams as well as our top partners.
  • Build messaging and collateral to support partners and distributors in their initiatives
  • Plan and run regional to partner events.
  • Ensure effective use of distributor, regional and marketing development funds
To partner communication
  • Monthly communication to NFON channel partners through the Partner Newsletter and monthly partner webinars.
  • Weekly updates of the partner portal.
  • By-weekly internal communication to sales counterparts about the latest updates and campaigns.
  • One-to-one support of NFON’s top partners.
  • Set up emails and event flows in the automation tool
  • Educate partners about the usage of the partner portal
  • Check German localization of marketing collateral

Your profile

  • 3+ years of marketing experience preferably in high tech B2B working together with sales teams.
  • Experience in working with German IT or telco channel partners
  • Experience working in B2B/tech marketing.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools, HubSpot, Marketo or other marketing automation tools
  • Demonstrated success in campaign and project management and teaming cross-functionally.
  • Experience in working and aligning with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue is a plus
  • German native language skills mandatory
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks
  • Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in gaining team consensus and driving deliverables
