CS Senior Specialists Retention DE

About the opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join the Retention team within the N26 customer service department. You will be joining an international team working on account closure related processes and involved in many different projects and initiatives improving current procedures and collecting data around customer retention.

In this role, you will:

  • Processing account cancellation requests and payouts, 
  • Analyzing the root causes behind our customer cancellations;
  • Increasing customer retention by offering alternative paths in their relationship with N26;
  • Serving as a point of contact in Customer Service for all things cancellation and retention related;
  • Liaising with other teams and departments to propose improvements and changes to our product/processes;
  • Serving as a stake-holder for several Project Management processes where Customer Retention is affected;
  • Documenting cancellation related processes and sharing information with all levels of our CS structure;
  • Liaising with Security and Legal departments for approvals for proposed changes.

What you need to be successful:


  • You will have ideally gathered relevant experience in Sales or Customer Retention in an operational setup already
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing;


  • You are fluent in English and German
  • An organized way of working and ability to prioritize;
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented personality;
