Who we’re looking for 
Our Co-marketing team based in Stockholm needs to boost their capacity with yet another superpowered native English copywriter. 
What you will do
As a copywriter at Klarna you’ll play an important role in making our co-marketing campaigns come to life. Like everyone at Klarna, we expect you to roll up your sleeves. No job is too big, no job is too small. You’ll quickly dive into our brand collaborations to create content that speaks to shoppers in our internal channels, and you’ll continuously search for new ways on how to optimize the channels and test different scenarios. Needless to say, you need to be familiar with what works or not when writing and working from brief to adapt copy to internal channels such as outbound CRM campaigns, app content, marketing automation, and content. You should also know your way around the nitty-gritty details of running things like multivariate testing – 10 variations of the same banner, copy etcetera.

Who you are
You should know your skills since you'll be doing hands-on work from the get-go. You have a background from an agency, e-commerce/marketplace and you really feel that you can contribute to our future growth. You’re comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively

We expect you to

  • Fully own the content delivery through the assigned internal channels
  • Write creative content with well thought through execution
  • Continually do user testing to improve our communication and challenge convention
  • Be comfortable with multiple iterations and be prepared to test and learn
  • Have a B2C co-marketing focus - i.e. promoting Klarna x Brand collaborations
  • Ensure consistent content red thread throughout all internal channels
  • Ensure content has a clear call to actions at all conversion points
  • Work with channel specialists and brand specialists on long term strategy
  • Work closely with other creatives (content, design, etcetera.)
  • Be comfortable with owning publishing content (CMS)
  • Effectively managing feedback from stakeholders
  • Create and update best practice for content on owned channels

You should have

  • At least 4-6 years experience in content creation
  • Previous experience with email marketing, CRM, inbound marketing, etcetera
  • Previous work experience in specialized agencies (Digital, CRM, Digital media agencies, or similar) and/or marketplaces or e-commerce platforms
  • Conversion optimization mindset
  • Native English proficiency
  • A Positive, go-getter attitude; passion for storytelling, and helping build a growing brand
