We are looking for:
A new team member for one of our Berlin-based portfolio companies. By bringing in the market the must-have combo of software-product experience and automotive hardware & safety engineering, they are already becoming a leading autonomous driving company.
What will keep you challenged?
- Delivering the building blocks for the teleoperations and autonomous vehicle stack of our venture
- Close collaboration with the Engineering and Safety teams on improving safety maneuvers, vehicle control capabilities and design
- Implementing and testing components that interface directly with our current vehicle platform
- Contributing in defining the foundations of the venture´s product and culture
Which traits contribute to your success?
- 2-5 years of related work experience with ADAS systems and automotive space
- Knowledge in fundamental physics - kinematic and dynamic models of rigid bodies
- Strong theoretical knowledge in control systems, ideally experience with tools such as MATLAB/ Simulink
- Strong knowledge and experience in writing software in C++
- Linux and Git version control
- Experience with Agile/ Scrum software development processes
- Ability to resolve complex issues in creative, efficient, and effective ways
- Excellent technical writing and verbal skills in English
- Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
