Manage logistic for the Hardware of all Tiller employees (distribution, collection, stock followup, anticipation of needs, repairing, exchanges etc)
Work on the implementation of a new hardware management via a shared MDM
Assist on the purchase and renting of new Hardware
Internal network management
Ensure all offices networks are always correctly working & available
Fix potential issues related to this network (ie. internet connection, meeting room hardware, etc.)
Ensure the management of all badges & accesses to the offices
If full time position - Internal network expert (ie. DSI)
Manage relationship with our installation partner
Make sure hardware network is always adapted and secured for our customers
Internal training for Customer Facing team on all topics related to customer IT
Bring support to the Customer Facing with network issue, big network installation etc
Fluent in French and English
Basic Excel knowledge
BAC +5 in Logistics/ Supply chain/ provisioning
SI and WIFI Network
