Assistante Logistique - Stagiaire

Missions 

  • Supply chain assistant

    • Help managing supply chain issues on a daily basis.

      • Returning packages & reverse logistics

      • Delivery issues with the carriers

      • International shipping & customs documents

      • Providers delivery issues

  • Internal logistics assistant

    • Manage logistic for the Hardware of all Tiller employees (distribution, collection, stock followup, anticipation of needs, repairing, exchanges etc)

    • Work on the implementation of a new hardware management via a shared MDM

    • Assist on the purchase and renting of new Hardware

  • Internal network management

    • Ensure all offices networks are always correctly working & available

    • Fix potential issues related to this network (ie. internet connection, meeting room hardware, etc.)

    • Ensure the management of all badges & accesses to the offices

  • If full time position - Internal network expert (ie. DSI)

    • Manage relationship with our installation partner

    • Make sure hardware network is always adapted and secured for our customers

    • Internal training for Customer Facing team on all topics related to customer IT

    • Bring support to the Customer Facing with network issue, big network installation etc

Required skills 

  • Fluent in French and English

  • Basic Excel knowledge

  • BAC +5 in Logistics/ Supply chain/ provisioning

  • SI and WIFI Network
