In a Nutshell

Spryker is moving at the speed of light towards global expansion, entering the US, UK&I, and the Nordics as major growth markets, while further expanding in the DACH market. You will make a direct impact on Spryker's growth by guiding and supporting the most influential voices in the digital commerce market space.

Your mission: As our Analyst Relations Manager, you will support the execution of US and other global analyst relations programs by building relationships with targeted commerce industry analysts whose research and commentary impact Spryker Systems customers, prospects, partners, and media. Reporting to the Global Head of Analyst Relations & Influencer Marketing, you would work closely with the Spryker marketing and executive leadership stakeholders to build and maintain analyst relationships. You will also act as the program manager on regular analyst outreach, creating new relationships with commerce industry influencers, and track metrics to measure program performance for internal awareness.

Your challenges

  • Manage and coordinate regular industry analyst inquiries and briefings, track activities and follow-ups
  • Support in-person and virtual industry analyst interactions, including the development of inquiry and briefing schedules, recording key takeaways, and publishing notes to internal stakeholders
  • Research and analyze relevant analyst publications and disseminate key commerce insights from engagements and outreach to Spryker stakeholders
  • Collaborate with demand-generation and brand marketing teams using analyst research for general go-to-market campaigns
  • Become a valuable source of industry research to improve internal corporate strategy, product management, and development priorities

Your profile

  • You have a proven track record with 3+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Corporate Communications, or Marketing disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to plan to organize analyst outreach programs and forge industry analyst relationships
  • Ability to quickly follow up analyst engagements with salient notes and action items - proficiency in G-Suite a plus
  • Self-starter who is excited to join a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic team, with strong attention to detail 
  • Enjoy being creative in exploring new approaches, not afraid to take risks and believe in trial and error, to embed learnings into the ongoing execution
  • Collaborates well with colleagues and builds strong trust-based relationships internally and externally; has the confidence to challenge business partners and resolve roadblocks
  • You speak fluent English and have excellent attention to detail
  • BA/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or Business preferred
