Your Mission
- Technical support for sales, NFON partners and customers - in German and English
- Processing of (international) tenders
- Solution design considering customer requirements, data protection, security and network concept
- Presentation of NFON products, individual solutions and concepts for customers
- Support of the commercial customer service in all technical questions
- Independent processing of partner & customer tickets
- Supervision of the in-house IT
- Back office activities in technical customer service
Your profile
- At least two years experience as Technical Consultant in an international environment preferred in Telecommunications or IT
- Completed studies in the field of Informatik or another relevant degree
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Good knowledge in network environments, ideally in combination with VoIP / cloud technologies
- Excellent skills in presenting complex context to C-level audition
- Fast comprehension and high communication skills
- Careful, structured working method
- Eager to take personal responsibility
- Strong organizational talent and analytical mindset
- Enjoyment of independent, team-oriented work
- A high degree of service orientation paired with a strong awareness of quality

You can expect a gross monthly salary of € 2,600.00 (full-time basis), with a willingness to overpay if you have the appropriate experience and qualifications.
