Technical Recruiters at Klarna drive the entire hiring process; sourcing, interviewing and closing top engineering talent from all over the world. Sourcing jams, stand-ups, and knowledge sharing sessions happen regularly and we work closely with engineering teams and senior stakeholders to constantly improve the way we hire.

We're currently growing our teams in Berlin, Gießen, and Mannheim so that we can continue to hire even more Software Engineers as we grow over the coming years.

What you'll need to have

  • Experience as a full-cycle Recruiter - sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates. For sourcing, we typically use LinkedIn, Github and StackOverflow.
  • Good technical knowledge - you'll need to know the difference between Java and JavaScript.
  • A strong focus on candidate and stakeholder experience - we aim to provide a fantastic experience for everyone.
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Local recruiting experience in the Rhein/Main area, ideally incl. Mannheim
