Your Mission

You ensure revenue growth through operational efficiency in the commercial teams. You drive strategies, design processes and manage workflows.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

As Senior Revenue Operations Manager at enmacc, you oversee our commercial processes and workflows to fully enable our commercial teams, from sales to marketing and customer success. You will:
 
  • Conceptualise, design and implement commercial processes and workflows 
  • Run projects to overwork start-to-end processes and workflows
  • Manage operational rules of engagement and SLAs to ensure cross-functional alignment 
  • Reduce manual work by automating and increasing operational efficiency
  • Oversee and own key commercial tools and tech stack, including the CRM
  • Manage liaison with our CRM expert to continuously improve it 
  • Act as sparring partner and challenger to other commercial teams 
  • Collaborate with BI & Finance to ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting
  • Manage day-to-day business of a team of 2 headcounts; align OKRs for the team and ensure timely execution

Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • 3+ years work experience in revenue/sales operations, ideally in a start-up/tech/software environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel/GSheets; knowledge of SQL, BigQuery, Google Apps Script and automatisation tools (e.g. Zapier) strong plus 
  • Good data analysis skills incl. experience with reporting; knowledge of BI software a plus 
  • Good people skills with experience in stakeholder management
  • Ideally first people management experience
  • Strong team player with low-ego personality 
  • Strives both at conceptual work and detailed implementation
  • Graduate in engineering, economics, business, computer science or related quantitative field
