Your Mission

Coach & Trainer
  • Coaching of individuals and teams to strengthen the agile mindset.
  • Encourage ideas for new approaches and ways of collaboration.
  • Conception and support of workshops and trainings.
  • Coaching and training of Scrum teams, product owners and their stakeholders in the application of agile principles, methods and tools.
Transition Companion
  • You are the enabler who ensures that the agile approach is implemented, understood and delivered across the team and the business.
  • Establishing and Managing cross-functional teams and the improvement of multi-team collaboration.
  • Conception and implementation of SAFe projects and other key topics.
  • Methodical Consulting of the Management and Technical Team.
  • Increase predictability and transparency.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Your profile

Your Mindset

  • You convince everyone through your high level of empathy.
Your Professional Background
  • You have several years of solid relevant professional experience in a scaled agile environment as an Agile Coach (m/f/d)
  • You have expertise in developing and leading Agile Teams.
  • Several years of professional experience as Scrum Master and/or as Product Owner is a plus.
  • Solid technical background in Software Development would be beneficial.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in the IT industry with international and distributed teams.
Your Skill Set
  • You have several years of experience as an Agile Coach, ideally with the relevant qualification.
  • Preferably, you have a Coaching Training ( eg. NLP-Trainer, Systemic Coach, Agile Coach, Train-the-Trainer Education).
  • You have a deep understanding of the major Agile Frameworks like Scrum, Kanban or OKR, as well as proven experience in scaled approaches such as SAFe and LeSS. 
  • You have solid moderation and training skills.
  • You are a person with an entrepreneurial mode of acting and an analytical mode of thinking.
  • You have strong intermediary and organizational skills.
  • You are comfortable using Jira and Confluence.
  • You are fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
