Working in small, highly collaborative agile teams, you and your team will have a clear mission and ownership of an important outcome that supports Klarna and our customers. At Klarna, we optimize for quality, flow, fast feedback, focusing on end-to-end ownership, continuous improvement, testing, monitoring and experimentation. We aim for teams that are inclusive, helpful, and have a strong sense of ownership for the things they build.

Our engineers make some of the most significant decisions for the company, and we are looking for bold, open and curious engineers. As a Klarnaut, you’ll be inspired to contribute to the growth of Europe’s most highly valued fintech and your work will reach millions of users.

Want to be part of the change? We're hiring Productivity Security Engineers to become part of our Productivity and Platforms domain.

Our Productivity and Platforms (PNP) domain ensures that Klarnauts can be productive everyday in Klarna - and be happy about it. They have to have fun while working, and we do our parts to ensure they will. Awesome devices and awesome tools that people love to work with every day, smoooth access provisioning to what they need - we have quite an ambition on how an awesome work environment needs to look like.

However - what would awesome be without quality?  It is not *just* about convenience - quality is equally important. Security and compliance by design is what we have in our DNA, and what we need to bring into every solution we provide.

Our PNP Security team members are the guardians of quality in our galaxy. They operate solutions delivering on the big quality topics, like data loss prevention or Private Key Infrastructure, and they support Klarna teams to adopt those solutions and adhere to set standards within their realm. Balancing quality and convenience in this is what they do on a daily basis.

Working in the PNP Security team means to be working in a continuously evolving business environment, where new challenges and demands are coming constantly. We have to keep up and change with them. Joining PNP Security therefore is for people with great minds and brilliant ideas, that are not afraid of constant change.
