The KYC (Know Your Customer) Experience team is responsible for identifying our end customers as they are onboarded to Klarna’s financing products. The team is delivering identification services that provide a best-in-class customer experience and reliable KYC. We are now looking for a technical product analyst who can dig into our integrations across the Klarna ecosystem, determine areas of high impact, work closely with engineers and product managers to influence the roadmap and report on improved KPIs to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Work closely with product managers, business analysts, researchers and UX designers across Klarna to promote data-driven decisions in the KYC and identification problem space
  • Conduct consumer and market analysis to compare and identify market leading 3rd party providers for consumer identification solutions worldwide
  • Define and monitor the correct KPIs, set up and analyse A/B tests and influence the backlog
  • Ensure insights drawn from analytics are accurate, understandable and actionable
  • Create relevant dashboards to set benchmarks and measure the impact of changes
  • Develop business cases to set priority expectations Klarna-wide and ensure we are working on the highest-impacting initiatives
  • Collaborate with engineering teams cross-domain to ensure tracking implementation is correct and up to date

You'll have:

  • Strong SQL skills
  • Understanding of how to perform data extraction and manipulation 
  • Experience with Python / R in a working environment a strong plus
  • Excellent English / communication skills
  • Ability to run A/B testing, determine high impact KPIs and visualize data
  • Good at owning complex projects with many stakeholders end-to-end
  • Operates well under pressure, independently and with high amounts of ambiguity
  • Basic coding experience a plus
