Your Mission

Together we’ll be establishing the People Development at NFON and will be driving our processes towards a sustainable and smart Staff Development. This includes the following responsibilities:
 
  • Establishment and maturation of our People Development
  • Conception and execution of purposeful employee and leadership training and education programs.
  • Collaboration with our agile coaches, our internal pool of coaches and our trainings department
  • Supporting end-of-the-year talks and performance and feedback talks.
  • Driving further projects, which enable us to continuously improve our organization

Your profile

To be successful in this position you need to have:
  • A completed degree (Bachelor+), related to business or psychology with the focus on HR
  • First working experience (3+ years) in HR, and first experiences with People Development tools and processes
  • Passion for modern forms of working, for example agile and hybrid working
Additionally, you are / you have:
  • Structured operating principles with attention for details and strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent German and English language skills, written and spoken
  • Proactive with hand-on mentality
  • Strong in conceptualizing
  • Outstanding Power Point skills
  • Empathetic personality
  • Strong working in a team and likewise high autonomy regarding your area of responsibilities

Your Team

The People Development at NFON is currently being ​established. Together we support a tech- and business-organization with the core subjects telecommunication and software, at the locations Munich, Berlin, Mainz/Mannheim and Lisbon. The approach to our work is service- and consulting-oriented, but at the same team we live a high degree of ownership regarding our are of responsibility.
