Your Tasks

  • As an employee in the IT Support and Operations squad, you will be the main contact person for our employees in all common IT issues and will be responsible for the installation and administration of our client hardware and software (PC, Mac, smartphone) and the associated user accounts
  • Your main responsibilities will also include the identification, prioritization and resolution of software and hardware problems
  • In addition, you work through open requests in our ticket system at the speed of light
  • You are jointly responsible for the administration of our cloud systems (including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)

Our Requirements

  • You enjoy working with people and have a suitable education in the IT field or are about to graduate?
  • You have no IT education but have been working in the IT field for at least 2 years as a career changer?
  • You are looking forward to helping your colleagues with their computer problems and bringing a smile to their faces every day?
  • Do you know terms like ticket system, DNS, IP addresses, VPN not only from reference books?
  • Do you associate the term Cloud not only with clouds in the sky?
  • You were born with Microsoft products (Windows and Office)?
  • Automation and central administration are among your favorite terms?
  • Since we have many different nationalities working in our company and we also cooperate with companies outside the DACH area, a good knowledge of German and English is necessary.
  • Do you want to take on responsibility and keep an eye on the "big picture"?
