Role

As (Junior / Senior) Technical Support Analyst you are a reliable consultant for our existing customers and part of our competent Customer Operations Team.

  • You will support our customers in using our platform, implementing campaigns and solving technical challenges
  • You support our customers with technical support via a ticketing system, via chat and in regular video calls
  • You will support product management and engineering in identifying malfunctions
  • You help us to continuously improve our product for the benefit of our customers

Required skills

  • You work conscientiously, goal-oriented and analytically
  • In direct customer contact you are always polite and have the ability to see things from their perspective
  • You have excellent German and English skills
  • Professional communication with developers is one of your strengths
  • You are familiar with an API and its functions/types
  • Basic understanding of Data Science / Machine Learning is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python and GraphQL is a plus
