Your Mission

You are the face of enmacc towards our customers. You ensure they use the platform successfully turning them into enmacc promoters themselves.

Your Responsibilities / What You'll Do

Customer Implementation
  • Responsible for customer onboardings
  • Provide information and documents for our customers
Customer Success plans for customer
  • Tracking & Analyzing of Customer Activity
  • Implementation of engagement campaigns
CRM maintenance
Customer Relations Tasks
  • Telephone service
  • Complaint Management
  • Bug handling & technical support
Gatekeeping
  • Contract and term check
Customer Billing
  • Gatekeeping of new contracts
  • Generate and ship of invoices
  • Churn Management
  • Documentation for Finance
  • Confirmations of termination
Customer Education
  • Update knowledge base
  • Pop-ups with inline manual

Your Profile / What You'll Need

  • 1 -2 years of experience in customer-facing departments, ideally in B2B
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Affinity and understanding of digital products and services (SaaS)
  • Native German and Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
  • Skillful at building long-term relationships with executives and key stakeholders.
  • Proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty
  • Experience working with cross-functional departments
  • Energy market background is a plus.
