Your tasks

We are looking for someone to build a strategy and roadmap for rolling out our inveox Intranet that connects all our employees over all entities and improves knowledge sharing.

As our Intranet Specialist (m/f/d) your efforts include supporting the platform’s launch, including applying information architecture and best practices as well as user trainings after a successful launch. 

  • Your responsibility is the support & development of a knowledge architecture and the development of a secure, centralized, mobile-friendly intranet for inveox resources and info
  • You set up and maintain an intranet database that all employees have access to for easy communication with one another
  • You collaborate with the IT & MarCom team to create an engaging user experience and construct an information framework that meets the needs of all stakeholders
  • You support teams in building self-serve hubs and landing pages to connect our employees with tools, resources, and best practices
  • You serve as central support function for all teams 
  • Your responsibility is also to keep the intranet focused on connecting our employees and to align it with business objectives
  • Together with our Content Marketing Team, your curate and create engaging intranet content to support change management, drive adoption of new programs, and celebrate our employees
  • You also generate, configure, and enforce security policies and you participate in the offboarding/onboarding of our users 
  • You collaborate with our internal Communications and Operations team to support additional projects as needed

Requirements

  • You have a degree in IT, Computer Science or any other related field
  • You have profound experience in producing and maintaining intranet platforms and administrative experience with intranet engines, preferably with Confluence 
  • You have a strong understanding of the business utilization of intranet technologies 
  • You bring profound knowledge in user experience and end-to-end interaction, accounting for usability, interface design, and brand
  • You are experienced in the documentation of policies and standards 
  • You’re highly organized, meet deadlines, and successfully guide projects from conception to completion
  • You can present ideas and strategies succinctly and clearly
  • You are driven to find the best solution based on research, facts, and feedback and you can inspire others to stay on track to get winning results
