Your Mission
- Conduct industry and company-specific analyses on market developments and business opportunities
- Preparation of presentations, e.g. for the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board
- Preparation of strategic analyses and other shareholder insights
- Support execution and tracking of (sub-)projects in M&A and Post-Merger-Integration
- Manage and assist to prepare financial models to assess financial situation of targets and perform a company valuation
Your profile
- Enrolment in a business administration or economics degree, ideally with a focus in Finance (Bachelor, Master, MBA)
- Relevant first work experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Management Consulting, or similar
- Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Experience in financial modelling is a plus
