Your Tasks

  • You are part of our E/E team and actively and responsibly shape a future in which every car is electric and shared
  • You are responsible for design, development, release and delivery of powertrain system components
  • For your system you define the features & functions (inc software I/O)
  • You also define test requirements, oversee the performance and evaluate the test results thereafter
  • Lead physical testing to develop, verify and validate vehicle performance relating to powertrain system function
  • Support vehicle builds/testing and provide controls support (Canoe, INCA)
  • Keep development documentation updated (BOM, PLM/PDM, CAD, DFMEA)
  • You work closely with internal stakeholders as well as external development partners and suppliers
  • Support cost and timing planning activities
  • Provide project support from the offer phase to series production

Our Requirements

  • Technical degree, e.g. mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering or similar
  • A detailed understanding of electric powertrain systems
  • Experience in delivering powertrain components or systems from concept to series as well as in testing and validating powertrain systems
  • Hands-on mentality and the interest in new challenges
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
