Your tasks
Communication with high profile and escalating customers in German through telephone or email
Actively work on internal processes and take over the roll-out of improvement initiatives
Grow personal responsibilities by outstanding performance
Process complaints and claims of our customers
Cooperate with other departments in Szczecin, Warsaw and our HQ in Berlin
Build the best possible relations with our customers and a positive image of the company
Your profile
Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
Experience in Customer Service, positive attitude, and culture
The high quality of work and attention to details
Good knowledge of computer tools
