What you will do

In this team, you will help ensure the finance operations are optimized for the team’s and Klarna’s operating model, which is designed to enable high speed, flow, and quality. You and the team will drive continuous improvements and adjustments to meet this demand. This will result in that the business will be able to make proper decisions and enable the achievement of strategic objectives.

How you'll shape our journey

  • Build and shape our fintech operations
  • Act as an entrepreneur and take responsibility for our compliance operations, such as customer due diligence (KYC), transaction monitoring, reconciliation, regulatory reporting, or market expansion
  • Design and implement scalable processes that prepare our team for rapid user growth
  • Leverage KPIs to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and quality for multiple areas
  • Be hands-on with compliance operations tasks, from customer due diligence to transaction monitoring
  • Stay on top of the regulatory changes and requirements from partners to adapt internal processes
