Your Role

As Digital Content Lead (m/f/d) at Vivy, you will play a crucial role in driving the content strategy for Vivy's product experiences, multimedia campaigns and digital experiences. What’s most exciting about this role is the breadth of health and wellness storytelling you’ll get to do, including thought-leadership, industry research, customer success stories, and product marketing. 

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity and strategic thinking, and who knows how to connect content and digital experiences to incentivize customers to take the next steps toward better health. You will develop and manage all content to ensure we deliver the right content at the right time and that answers customers’ needs on a global scale.You’ll be able to help shape this new role and be a part of the journey of shaping the future of healthcare. 

  • Responsible for refinement and implementation of Vivy’s global content strategy
  • Develop and oversee service-driven and customer-centric content that incorporates thought leadership across products
  • Define the content types and topics that maximize audience engagement and exceed OKR contribution targets
  • Introduce content design best practices across all owned digital channels to nudge customers to action
  • Inspire, motivate, and coordinate the constant improvement of our content from brand, growth, enterprise, social media, website, support, legal, compliance, product, and communication departments
  • Manage internal and external resources

Your Profile

  • Minimum 5-6 years of digital content creation managing and executing content strategy, content structures, and content development
  • Experience with digital content platforms, e.g. content portal publishing to app
  • Exceptional storyteller, idea generator, and audience-centric thinker who also has the analytical abilities to act on insights and apply strategic planning skills to create a long-term vision for content
  • Knowledge of the content landscape in digital health, healthcare and medical writing practices is preferred
