What you will do
You possess the ability to combine creativity and business acumen in order to elevate Klarna’s brand equity across all relevant channels. You will support our European B2B marketing manager by planning and executing campaigns and activations. You will coordinate the sourcing of material and assets. You will develop campaign plans to best support the needs of marketing managers within the EU and report the campaign results together with the Marketing Operations teams.

You will execute andevaluate marketing efforts to develop the right marketing messages and campaigns to accelerate Klarna use at the retail checkout and increase Klarna’s awareness in the EU Markets. This role will be supporting marketing managers from the EU, liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders. The associate has the gravitas needed to both consult and executes within some of the bestmarketing organizations in the world. The successful candidate will work closely with other regional marketers around the world to intake requests.

You should have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Great attitude, team player, and ownership mindset.
  • Working knowledge of marketing and design applications.
  • Good eye for design and quality control in order to protect the Klarna brand equity.
  • You have customer centricity at the heart of everything you do. 
  • People skills; ability to quickly understand requirements and action them.
  • Skill for multi-tasking, prioritizing, and completing work on time.
  • Investigates issues and unexpected situations quickly and effectively.
  • High understanding of different marketing channels and target audiences.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English. Any other languages are always beneficial.
